Yi Chennai marked its prestigious Annual Day on 7th December 2024 at The Westin, Velachery, bringing together its passionate members to commemorate a year of impactful initiatives and meaningful contributions. The evening celebrated achievements and inspired members, marking another benchmark in Yi Chennai’s journey of creating impact. The program featured the presentation of the annual report, highlighting the remarkable activities and milestones achieved over the year. The introduction of the new Executive Council set the stage for greater achievements in the coming year. Mr. Varan Mittal, who served as the Co-Chair in the last tenure, was appointed as the Chair and Mr. Prashanth C Raju was appointed as the Co-Chair for this tenure. Our college was honored with the prestigious award for Impactful Activities 2024, recognizing our consistent efforts and contributions throughout the year. Adding on, our institution was also recognised for the involvement in creating safer digital spaces through the development of the Yi Digital Safety Audit website, which aimed at enhancing digital safety and empowering individuals to foster a secure online environment. Three of our students- Abraham Samuel E, Nandhini RK and Vasanth B were individually acknowledged for their exceptional efforts in developing this transformative tool. Linghesh B was also awarded the esteemed Yuva Champion Award for his outstanding leadership, further highlighting the impact and excellence of our college’s contributions. The officials commended the students for their contributions, acknowledging their role in shaping a positive and impactful future.
